The patented u'Select adjustable grinding system offers 6 pre-defined settings, allowing you to choose the desired coarseness of your pepper. The high-quality mechanism is specifically designed to extract the unique texture, grind, and aroma of pepper.

It is important to note that this Pepper Mill is only suitable for use with pepper, as Peugeot's mechanisms are not interchangeable between different spices. To achieve your preferred coarseness, simply turn the adjustment ring at the base of the mill – setting it to 1 for an extremely fine grind, or up to 6 for a coarser result.
