To get the best performance from your Peugeot salt grinding mechanism, it is recommended to use salt with a diameter of 4 mm (3/16") or less, such as dry coarse salt, sea salt, or rock salt.

Adjusting the grind settings is easy. Simply turn the top knob clockwise for finer grinds or counter-clockwise for coarser grinds. Peugeot offers a lifetime limited guarantee on the mechanism and a 5-year warranty on the exterior of the mill. To clean the mill, use a soft, lightly damp cloth.
