For Peugeot Classic mills, the grind is adjusted by turning the top nut: turn it clockwise (tighten) for a finer grind, and counter-clockwise (loosen) for a coarser grind. The mill stands 3 inches tall with a natural finish, made of beech wood with a brushed stainless steel top nut, and is designed for tabletop use.
