The Peugeot salt mills come with Cristaux de sel blanc d'Allemagne, a dry white rock salt from Germany, and the pepper mills with Tan Hoi black pepper from Vietnam (refill cubes are available from Peugeot). It's important to use dry rock salt only (max size smaller than 1/6 inch/4mm) and max size ¼-inch (6mm) peppercorns for optimal performance.

The Zeli mill mechanisms are housed in ABS material with a brushed metal look, adding a contemporary touch to your kitchen. These efficient, compact mills fit perfectly into your hand and come with six AAA batteries and a spare bulb. To replace, simply remove the top section and unlock the motor from its housing.
